Amazon is poised to energize the detective genre with a new Sherlock Holmes tale, with Guy Ritchie at the helm.This time, the spotlight shifts to a youthful Sherlock Holmes, portrayed by Hero Fiennes Tiffin, diverging from the previous cinematic ventures featuring Robert Downey Jr.

The creation, spanning eight episodes, will see Ritchie in the director's chair and as an executive producer. His reunion with Tiffin marks a new collaborative venture following their past work on The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
