With such impressive success, the developers are looking to expand the reach of Blade Ball, and this will be realized through the launch of a new standalone PC title. It is set to arrive on Steam and the Epic Games Store soon and will carry the name Blade Ball Arena, previously known as Major League Curveball. According to the announcement, the game integrates all the standout features from the original Roblox experience while introducing exciting new elements. This combination results in a dynamic PvP dodgebrawler that fits seamlessly into gaming sessions. Each match is designed to last about 15 minutes, and players will have three lives to make the most of their gameplay. Additionally, there are solo modes that allow everyone to compete freely, along with 1v1 matchups for those looking to settle scores with friends.

Customization will play a significant role, offering players the ability to modify loadouts to match their unique play styles. Options will include customized character designs, weapon skins, avatars, emotes, and various cosmetic enhancements.

Blade Ball Arena is being developed by The Gang, a team known for creating user-generated content. The co-founder and producer, Olle Brännström, expressed their enthusiasm for the project, stating that collaborating with the creators who inspired them has been remarkable.
